Join us for a culinary exposition: Japan Meets Italy — an inspired themed dinner celebrating the artistry, precision, and seasonal beauty of Japanese cuisine alongside the warmth, tradition, and bold flavors of Italy.

Experience an evening where delicate technique meets rustic elegance, and East harmoniously meets West in every thoughtfully crafted course. The evening will be thoughtfully paired with crafted spirits from House of Suntory, featuring distinctive expressions that complement the menu’s refined flavors. Featuring Haku Vodka, Roku Gin, Toki, Hibiki, Yamazaki 12, Hakushu 12. Inspired by the beauty and symbolism of the Cherry Blossom Festival, this celebration honors the traditions of spring — renewal, harmony, and fleeting beauty — woven seamlessly into an unforgettable dining experience.

Guests are encouraged to arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of the dinner to enjoy passed canapés and Champagne while gathering, mingling, and meeting the team before being seated.

Valet parking is available at Fiola Mare. While there is no strictly enforced dress code, business elegant attire is encouraged.
