Butternut squash purée, bacon and vino jam, caramelized endive. Served with house-made herbed focaccia bread.
Breaded chicken breast topped with marinara sauce and melted cheeses served over angel hair pasta and garlic jalapeño cream sauce, with cherry tomatoes and spinach.
Substitute prawns for chicken add $2
House ground burger (80% hanger steak an 20% duck breast) pickled red cabbage, Mediterranean aioli, and a fried egg. Served with Siren’s scratch rosti fries.
Peppercorn crusted Hanger steak, with choice of roasted garlic cheddar butter or house steak sauce. Served witH seasonal vegetables and skillet of Yukon gold scalloped potatoes featuring Dubliner, Lambchopper, and Parmigiano-Reggiano cheeses.
