The 5 course Secreto Pop Ups are fun and they allow me to flex my culinary and hosting muscles, but I miss out on getting to know you. So..., every couple of months, I will hold a Chef's Dinner, much like the meals I had with my family when I was growing up in Panama.

These will be casual, family-style dinners, featuring the meals I prepare on a weekly basis. There will also be an interactive portion, giving you a peek at how to use/prepare some of my favorite Latin ingredients and techniques.
