Marco Fortina, hailing from Piemonte—famous for its fine wines and truffles—grew up in a family with a restaurant since 1904.

At 17, he joined Alma, Italy's top culinary school, and his career has since taken him through prestigious kitchens, including Da Guido by the Alciati family, La Torre del Saracino with Gennaro Esposito, and Mudec Milano with Enrico Bartoloni.

Marco has also worked alongside Fontanafredda and Eataly on international projects in Tokyo, New York, and now he’s our very own Head Chef at Eataly Boston. A true ambassador of authentic Italian cuisine!

Full payment is required at the time of booking, and all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for classes or events.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel any class due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather. If that happens, we will contact you using the email or phone number you provided and offer either a full refund or a credit for a future class.

Please note that we cannot offer credits, transfers, or refunds for last-minute illnesses, work conflicts, personal emergencies, or other situations beyond your control. However, you are welcome to send someone in your place if you can no longer attend.
