An exclusive series of Chef & Winemaker Dinners at City Winery, held monthly in our restaurant. Each month, our chef curates a themed menu, perfectly paired with our handcrafted wines. On select dates, enjoy a guided experience as our wine professionals walk you through each pairing, sharing stories, tasting notes, and insider tips. Savor the season, discover new flavors, and celebrate the art of wine and cuisine together.

This Experience- Offered February 27 & 28:

Join us for an elegant winter wine dinner celebrating the season’s bold flavors. Begin with a luxurious caviar crème fraîche amuse-bouche, followed by a bright shaved fennel and citrus salad. The evening’s centerpiece is tender short rib pappardelle with creamy stracciatella and a delicate basil crisp. Finish with a vibrant blood orange vanilla panna cotta. Each course is expertly paired with exceptional wines to elevate your seasonal dining experience.
