Join us for this month's Chef & Winemaker Dinner: Fruits of Summer, a four-course dining experience celebrating the season's ripest flavors, vibrant produce, and the perfect harmony between fresh ingredients and exceptional wines. 

On the menu:

Chilled Tomato Gazpacho 

Ribbon Salad with Cucumber, Melon, Feta, Mint, and Pistachio

Faroe Island Salmon with Roasted Corn, Black Bean Salad, and Tomato Jam

Roasted Peaches with Honey Balsamic, Mascarpone, and Amaretti Cookie Crumble
