Join us for Chef & Winemaker Dinner: Midsummer, a four-course experience celebrating the vibrant flavors, fresh ingredients, and golden evenings of the season.

Inspired by summer gatherings, each course is thoughtfully paired with wines selected to complement the bright, herbaceous, and refreshing flavors of the menu. A wine professional will guide you through every pairing with tasting notes, stories, and insights along the way.

On the menu:

• Smoked Salmon with Cucumber & Dill Crème Fraîche
• Green Goddess Salad with Romaine, Radish, Snap Peas, Haricot Verts, and Tangy Tarragon-Dill Dressing
• Chicken Souvlaki with Zucchini Herb Orzo, Tzatziki, and Angel's Pita
• Red Berry Rosé Granita with Basil and Fresh Berries
