6:30-7pm: Fourchette Cheese Grazing Table
1st Course: Baby Gem Greens, Roasted Rainbow Carrots with Whipped Feta & Gremolata
2nd Course: Rosemary Garlic Pork Tenderloin with Spring Pea Risotto & Roasted Shallots
3rd Course: Strawberry Rhubarb Shortcake with Vanilla Bean Whipped Cream
