1st Course: Roasted Beet Carpaccio with Herbed Goat Cheese & Toasted Pistachios

2nd Course: Handmade Lobster & Ricotta Ravioli with Lemon Butter Sauce

3rd Course: Pan-Seared Filet Mignon with Truffle Mashed Potatoes & Roasted Asparagus

4th Course: Raspberry & Rose Crème Brûlée
