This is a great class for the beginning cheesemaker all the way to the cheesemaker with some experience because you learn how to make a fresh cheese, a stretched cheese and an aged cheese. One of our most popular classes, it will fill up fast!

You will take home a ball of mozzarella, some fresh ricotta, and about an 8oz wheel of Parmesan - all made by you in this class!
