Gruyere, a Swiss style cheese, is a beautiful, flavorful cheese that is sweet but salty and grows deeper and more flavorful as it ages! An excellent cheese for grilled cheese sandwiches, mac and cheese or just to eat! Once you make this one at home, store bought will be a thing of the past. You will make about an 8 ounce wheel of cheese and take it home to age and enjoy it.
