The much requested Cheddar Cheese making class! This class will teach you how to make Cheddar cheese from start to finish.
This class will teach you how to make Cheddar cheese from start to finish, you will sample a homemade Cheddar as well! You will have a great time learning how to make this popular cheese and take home a 1/2 pound wheel to age!
Class fee - $55
Class size limited to 12, 5 minimum.
