This class will teach you how to make Cheddar cheese from start to finish as well as provide recipes and background on cheeses of the UK.
This class will teach you how to make Cheddar cheese from start to finish, you will sample a homemade Cheddar as well! You will have a great time learning how to make this popular cheese and take home a 1/2 pound wheel to age! Your handout will also include recipes for classic UK cheeses such as Cheshire, Red Leicester, Dunlop and Derby!
