Tis' the season for good wine, great friends, and delicious cheeses! Learn how to pair your cheeses with sparkling wines that will enhance the flavor of the cheese and vice versa. We will explore several different cheeses and wines with varying degrees of funk and body! Learn how to confidently discuss the flavor profiles, aroma, tannins, terroir and fermenting process of our selected wines and cheeses.
