We are partnering up with one of our favorite places to grab a coffee in the city, Metric. Samuel & Ryne, educators from Metric, will be onsite talking coffee, while Beautiful Rind's Certified Cheese Professional talks cheese. You'll get to taste some great combinations of the two, while learning a bit about each and why they taste so good together.

4-5 of Metric's coffee brews will be paired up with 4-5 cheeses by the mongers at Beautiful Rind in an interactive guided tasting. After getting the rundown of each coffee, cheese, and why they work together, you'll have a chance to ask all your coffee, cheese, and pairing questions of Metric and Beautiful Rind. This class will contain multiple caffeinated beverages, so may not be suitable for children or those who are sensitive to caffeine.
