For cheese/beer newbies to the upmost connoisseur, our 101 evenings are a fun-filled and informative way for everyone to learn the basics of cheesemaking, cheese care, beermaking, tasting, and pairings, all within an intimate (yet not intimidating!) space. We look forward to sharing our love for cheese, beer, and our life passions with you!

This event is at Belleflower Brewing, just a stones throw from our shop!

Please purchase a ticket for each member of your party. Ticket price includes admission for one, as well as a cheese course, accompaniments, and beer pairings for one.

Doors will open at 5:45pm, and class will begin promptly at 6pm. This is a seated event, which we expect to continue for 75 minutes. After the class, there will be time to shop with a 10% discount!
