Expect a fun, information-filled hour filled with cheesemaking knowledge, affinage (cheese aging and refining!) and sensory analysis! Cheese flight and beverage are included!

Doors will open at 6:20pm, and class will begin promptly at 6:30pm. This is a seated event, which we expect to continue for 60 minutes. After the class, there will be time to shop with a 10% discount!
