May is American Cheese Month, so we will be featuring different styles of cheeses each week for the month of May to celebrate American cheesemakers!
This week we are tasting 2 of the most famous styles of cheese worldwide, but all 5 of these Cheddars & Goudas are produced here in the US. These famous styles will wow you with salty, crunchy flavors. Our expert cheesemongers will guide you through a tasting of five domestic Cheddars & Goudas and tell you all about where and how they're made and answer all your cheese-y questions!
For your comfort, this class is being offered in person and virtually. If you wish to participate online you may select after purchasing your tickets. Each ticket includes a tasting of at least five different cheeses and expert instruction. Wine, beer, and charcuterie pairings are also available at checkout.
