The founder of Charleston’s iconic biscuit hub on King Street, Carrie is also the author of Callie’s Biscuits & Southern Traditions and Hot Little Suppers. With Carrie leading the way, this is a chance to get into the kitchen, get your hands a little messy, and learn from someone who has made Southern biscuits a way of life.
