Join The Establishment for a one-night-only coursed dinner exploring the depth and diversity of agave spirits with Kobe Desmet and Alexis Ramirez of PKGD Group.

Alongside The Establishment’s culinary team led by chef Elliott Howells, Desmet and Ramirez will present a thoughtfully paired menu featuring a curated selection of exceptional tequila, mezcal, and raicilla from PKGD Group’s portfolio of producer-owned Mexican spirits. Throughout the evening, they’ll share the stories, traditions, and craftsmanship behind every pour.

Agave expert and Tequila & Mezcal: The Complete Guide co-author Kobe Desmet brings years of experience exploring the world of tequila and mezcal, while Alexis Ramirez, Head of Marketing & National Events at PKGD Group, brings more than two decades of hospitality and spirits expertise. Expect great food, great pours, and plenty of stories along the way.

Set in Charleston’s historic French Quarter, The Establishment is known for refined, sustainably sourced seafood and a thoughtful wine and spirits program.
