Chef Paula Endara of Lexington, Kentucky’s The Manchester Hotel, a MICHELIN Key property and home to Grandam and Lost Palm, brings her Ecuadorian roots and bold Southern sensibility to The Dewberry, another MICHELIN Key property, for a one-night-only collaboration with Chef Alex Castagno.

Known for vibrant, ingredient-driven cooking, Endara joins Castagno for a multi-course dinner that brings two distinct culinary voices together. Expect bold flavors, thoughtful pairings and a menu created exclusively for this special evening
