Island Time returns in a more intimate setting, now presented as The Caribbean Table, bringing the bold flavors, vibrant culture, and energy of the Caribbean to this Lowcountry experience.
This multi-course dinner will travel across the Caribbean with each course offering a different perspective on the islands and their influence on Charleston’s food scene with host-storyteller Robin Griffith leading the conversation.
Top Chef winner Tristen Epps will join an exciting lineup of chefs for an evening of big flavors, creative cooking, and island-inspired pairings. Expect dishes with plenty of personality, cocktails and wines to match, and a table full of Caribbean flavor.
