The Ramos Gin Fizz is famously ambitious: a cocktail that can take 10–12 minutes of dedicated shaking to achieve its signature cloud-like texture. It’s part cocktail, part endurance sport—and tonight, we’re taking that craft to new heights.

Join Fords Gin + The Establishment for a night of cocktails, competition, and serious stakes as Charleston’s best bartenders go head-to-head in the ultimate Fords Gin Ramos Gin Fizz showdown.

The rules are simple: bartenders will face off in timed rounds to shake, build, and stack the tallest Ramos Gin Fizz possible. If the “Fizz” breaks, you’re out. Every surviving Ramos Gin Fizz will be measured, and when the final round is complete, the tallest pour will be crowned the winner.

The competition is just the beginning. The Fords Gin team will be behind the bar serving cocktails throughout the night, with one or two legendary visiting bars joining the celebration for special guest appearances to be announced.

Held at The Establishment, this is the official after-party of the Charleston Wine & Food Festival—a late-night celebration of bartending craft, creativity, and camaraderie, built for bartenders, cocktail lovers, industry friends, festival-goers, and anyone who appreciates seeing a classic cocktail pushed to its most impressive heights.
