Join Lowland for a special collaborative dinner celebrating the food, wine, and spirit of the Carolina coast.

Lowland welcomes Chef Dean Neff of Seabird in Wilmington, North Carolina, for an evening of collaborative cooking alongside Lowland’s culinary team. A James Beard Award finalist and nominee, Neff is known for his ingredient-driven approach to coastal cuisine and his commitment to the exceptional seafood and agricultural bounty of the Carolinas.

The evening’s wines will be selected and presented by Master Sommelier Sara Floyd, co-founder of Luli Wines. Floyd became the tenth woman in the world to earn the Master Sommelier title and has built a distinguished career spanning acclaimed restaurants, wine education, and California winemaking. At Luli, she works with the Pisoni family to produce wines that showcase the character of the Santa Lucia Highlands.

Together, Chef Neff and the Lowland team will create a one-night-only menu inspired by the Carolina coast, paired with a thoughtful selection of Luli wines presented by Floyd herself.
