Stems & Skins is teaming up with a very special guest, Chicago’s beloved Gus’ Sip & Dip, for a boozy, old-school afternoon built around three things: great food, great martinis, and absolutely no reason to rush.

Hosted by Paul Clarke, Executive Editor of Imbibe, this multi-course, multi-martini lunch will explore the many ways to make a great martini, with each cocktail paired with a delicious bite. Behind the bar, we’ll be pouring gins from St. George Spirits, bringing plenty of character and creativity to every glass.

Expect expertly crafted cocktails, delicious food, a little cocktail wisdom, and plenty of opportunities to raise a glass. It’s part masterclass, part feast, and entirely too much fun to call it just lunch.
