Charleston Wine + Food: EDMUND’S ORIGINAL SIGNATURE DINNER

Chef Vinnie Cimino of Cleveland’s Cordelia restaurant joins Chef Bob Cook of Edmund’s Original for a one-of-a-kind night featuring American classics with an element of surprise. Both chefs are known for charming guests with the likes of seasonal and local ingredients and the feel good favorites that have propelled both chefs to acclaim. 

If that is not enough, join Matthew + Mara Rorick, the minds behind Forlorn Hope Wines. Forlorn Hope Wines is a small California winery that focuses on unique, lesser-known grape varieties and grows its estate grapes at Rorick Heritage Vineyard in Calaveras County. They will be pairing their fantastic wines with the delicious dishes the chefs cook up.

Expect a night highlighting the lowcountry’s spring bounty, fresh from the water seafood, butchers cuts you won’t want to share, and maybe even an appearance of fan-favorite fried chicken.
