Join us at Cane Pazzo, Hanahan’s wood-fired osteria led by Chef-Owner Mark Bolchoz, for an evening that celebrates Italian tradition, Lowcountry ingredients, and the bold spirit of collaboration.

For this special dinner, Chef Bolchoz will join forces with Chef Alex Green of Mileta for a creative menu that brings together their distinct culinary perspectives. Each course will be thoughtfully paired with wines selected to complement the flavors and elevate the experience.

A Charleston native and Culinary Institute of America graduate, Chef Bolchoz has built his reputation working with Peninsula Grill, The Grocery, Indaco, and overseeing Italian concepts for Indigo Road Hospitality Group. At Cane Pazzo, he blends his Southern roots with classical Italian technique, showcasing handmade pastas, wood-fired proteins, and seasonal produce from Lowcountry purveyors.
