• A 1.5-hour interactive workshop where you’ll learn the art of creating a gorgeous charcuterie board
• Everything you need to build your board: artisan cheeses, cured meats, fresh fruits, crackers, nuts, jam, and more
• A eco friendly 10" leaf platter to design your board and bring home with you
• Boxes so you can safely take your charcuterie creation home (if you can resist eating it first!)
• A welcome beverage of your choice from Long Live Roxbury brewery to sip while you create (cheers to that!)
• A handy cheat sheet filled with styling tips, pairing ideas, and tricks of the trade
• A delicious grazing board to share, featuring the products, plus plenty of extra treats!
• We love featuring exceptional local vendors at all our workshops, including delicious honey from Top Sun Farm and handcrafted, all-natural chocolate from Wright Old School Chocolate.

We’ll provide the cutting boards and cheese knives for class use (available for purchase if you’d like your own to take home).
