Charcuterie & Cocktails: Craft Your Own Charcuterie Board
Join us for a fun, hands-on class where creativity meets flavor! In this class, you’ll learn how to build a beautiful charcuterie board while enjoying delicious cocktails.

The class will be led by Franca, owner of Savor & Graze, who will walk you through ways to pair and arrange cured meats, artisan cheeses, fresh and dried fruits, nuts (please let us know about any allergies), crackers, and sweet touches like jam, honey, and chocolate.

We’ll also cover easy cutting and styling tips, plus fun tricks for folding and arranging meats so your board looks just as good as it tastes.

Bring your friends or come solo, either way, you’ll have a great time creating, sipping, and snacking. Each guest will leave with their own finished charcuterie board (board included!) and the confidence to recreate it at home.
