The evening will feature Amy Mullally, Certified Sommelier, WSET Diploma, and Champagne Master Certification, of Laurent-Perrier, who will guide guests through a tasting of 5 prestigious champagnes from Laurent-Perrier including their very limited 99-point rated tête de cuvée, Grand Siècle No 27. Champagne Laurent-Perrier is a proud and independent family-owned House dating to 1812 in the Grand Cru village of Tours-sur-Marne. Led currently by third generation De Nonancourt sisters, the House specializes in fresh, pure and elegant champagnes with extended lees aging underground in their seven-mile cave system. Always recognized as a leader in innovation, Laurent-Perrier is the only House whose most prestigious and exacting Cuvée, Grand Siècle, is not vintage-dated, but numbered.
