Join Chef Geno Bahena for an interactive, hands-on cooking class celebrating the vibrant flavors of coastal Mexico and the depth of traditional salsas.
Guests will learn how to prepare fresh ceviche from start to finish, working with their own individual kit and ingredients, guided step-by-step by Chef Geno. From knife work to balancing acidity and seasoning, this experience is designed to be both approachable and elevated.
The class continues with Chef Geno’s signature Salsa de 3 Chiles, prepared as a batch demonstration. Chef Geno will lead the class through the full process, instructing techniques, flavor development, and the layering of heat and smokiness that define this staple. Guests will not prepare the salsa individually but will receive a portion to take home.
Following the class, guests will enjoy the ceviche they’ve created.
