In January, we will be celebrating the dairy animals that provide us with their milk for our favorite food - CHEESE! Sheep are one of our favorite animals. They are cute, stubborn, and some would argue they make the best milk for cheese. We will be tasting a wide variety of goat's milk cheeses from the classics from Spain to some unexpected domestic varieties. While tasting, you'll learn about why their cheese is so revered, the different breeds of sheep used for cheesemaking, where you find sheep around the world and delve into a few other fun details.

For your comfort, this class is being offered in person and virtually. If you wish to participate online you may select after purchasing your tickets. Each ticket includes a tasting of at least five different cheeses and expert instruction. Wine, beer, non-alcoholic and charcuterie pairings are also available at checkout.
