Join us for a lovely evening of Exquisite Wine and Spectacular Food at The Vistas Pavilion at Las Sendas on 3.13.2026 for the Caymus Vineyards Four Course Wine Dinner. $125.00++ per person (plus tax and gratuity) at 6:00pm. Reception - Emmolo Sauvignon Blanc - Chef Selection of Two Handcrafted Hors d’ Oeuvres - Chive Herb Potato Cake with Smoked Salmon, and Creme Fraiche, Prosciutto, Concasse Tomato, and Olive Bruschetta

1st Course – Mer Soleil Silver Chardonnay - Blue Crab and Avocado Stack - Basil, Mango Salsa

2nd Course – The Walking Fool Red Blend - Blackened Seared Tuna - Moroccan Lentils with Roasted Baby Carrots, Fresh Herbs, and a Yogurt Drizzle  

3rd Course – Nurseryman Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley - Roasted Lamb Loin -  Sherry Honey Reduction, Topped with Goat Cheese, Roasted Winter Vegetables 

4th Course – Caymus Vineyards Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon - Beef Tenderloin Medallions - Parsnip Puree, Parmesan Marble Potato, Brussels Sprouts,  and Guava Demi-Glace

Dessert - Napoleon Peach Cobbler - Spiced Peaches, Pumpkin Custard, Short Dough Crust, Topped with Spiced Old Fashioned Cinnamon Strudel
