Experience an exclusive Wine First tasting journey hosted by Laura Catena from Catena Zapata. The ‘Wine First’ concept means that the wine is the main course, and the dishes are the pairing. The wine maker calls this experience ‘montaña rusa – roller coaster’, in which one can alternate whites and reds, and go back and forth between fattier foods and lighter foods to complement the wines. Enjoy this unique experience on Wednesday, November 5th at 6 pm. Price starts at $250 per person plus taxes and service charge.
