Join us as we explore the flavors of cheese & wine coming from Iberia outside of the Spanish identity. From the Pyrenees to the Catalan coast, we will be tasting contemporary flavors from ancient cultures. This class will cover the history of cheesemaking, winemaking & identity in these regions all while tasting delicious flavor combinations!
If for any reason you or your guests avoid alcohol, we do offer non-alcoholic pairings, please email us at least 24 hours prior to the event with your reservation information prior to the class to arrange. Please note that while we do offer non-alcoholic pairings in this class, we will be discussing wine and its history in detail.
