The theme this year at Cassaro Winery is ITALY 2026 in honor of our first Cassaro Wine Club trip to Tuscany in March-April 2026. We know that because of limited availability not everyone could make the trip so through the year we are going to bring a little bit of Italy back here to Cassaro Winery with special wine and food pairing events.

Imported Italian Olive Oil/Breads and Cassaro Wine Pairing

Each year, one of Cassaro's most popular pairings is our Olive Oil/Breads Pairing with Cassaro wines. Enjoy popular bread favorites such as: Focaccia Olive, Ciabattina, Focaccia Rosso, Pane All' Olio and Rustic Classico with a wide variety of imported Italian Olive oils- all paired with Cassaro's fine wines, and designed to please your palate.
