ITALY 2026

The theme this year at Cassaro Winery is ITALY 2026 in honor of our first Cassaro Wine Club trip to Tuscany in March-April 2026. We know that limited availability meant that not everyone could make the trip, so throughout the year we are going to bring a little bit of Italy back here to Cassaro Winery with special wine and food pairing events.

Imported Italian Meats and Cassaro Wine Pairing

Join us for an afternoon of magnificent imported Italian meats such as: Soppressata Piccante, Coppa Stagionata, Salumi Fennel, Pancetta Tests, Bresaola and Salame and Truffles. Each one of these delectable delights will be paired with our popular Cassaro wines.
