Ever wanted to learn more about food processing? There's no better way to learn than by doing! Led by CommonGround's very own A.J., this beginner class will walk you through the dos and don'ts of home canning. Then, you'll get hands-on experience and leave with your own jar of salsa! We'll be joined by other CommomnGround farmers with various canning experience. Come with questions about food, farming, and, of course-canning!

Please note that while this class is taking place at Cooks of Crocus Hill, A.J. will be instructing the class. There will be no formal meal served, but we will have some snacks out from 6:00-6:30 p.m. as you arrive.
