Working with organically farmed fruit and a deep respect for terroir, she’s known for pushing against rigid ideas of what California wine should be—embracing freshness and restraint, and making wines that are as delicious as they are conceptually interesting.

This intimate class will include a guided tasting of several of Martha’s wines, alongside a conversation about farming, blending, labels, and the freedom (and risk) of trusting your instincts. We’ll talk about California beyond Cabernet, about structure vs. drinkability, and about what it means to make wine that’s deeply personal—but meant to be shared.
