CALDO de RES.

As part of the celebration, as the weather gets cooler, I am offering "Caldo de Res." a Mexican beef soup. This is a traditional Mexican soup that warms the soul. You will experience creating this delicious soup, step by step. Generally speaking it contains, corn on the cob, potatoes, carrots, celery, zucchini, or you can add additional vegetables you prefer. It is often served with rice on the side with garnishes such as chopped onion, finely chopped cilantro, Mexican cheese squares, avocado and lime wedges. All classes are held in groups of 6 to 10 students, and include sitting, standing, and practicing hands-on techniques. Level of student participation varies depending on class subject.
