Another culinary event to celebrate 10 years in business for 1620 Winery and Sip!

Join us for an autumnally appropriate evening of elevated comfort foods perfectly paired with award winning 1620 wines in our cozy tasting room. This intimate event is limited to 20 guests, so be sure to reserve your space early. The event starts at 6PM but feel free to come early for sme appetizers and cocktails in the bar before the event starts.

FIRST COURSE:

Peach & Burrata Salad
Grilled peach, creamy burrata, radish, tarragon sesame vinaigrette

Paired with our 1620 Mayflower Red Cabernet

SECOND COURSE:
Prosciutto & Fig Stuffed Ravioli
Sherry cream sauce, pecorino romano

Paired with 1620 Devils Share Bourbon Barrel Aged Cabernet

THIRD COURSE:

Braised Short Rib
Served on top of creamy parm risotto

Paired with 1620 Enchantress Reserve Cabernet

SECOND COURSE:
Red Wine Poached Pear
Served with vanilla gelato

Paired with 1620 Crimson Chocolate
