Bubbles & Beyond: A Sparkling Wine Exploration

Sparkling wine is more than just a celebratory pour—it’s one of the most dynamic and fascinating styles of wine. Join us for Bubbles & Beyond, an interactive tasting experience that explores the craft, character, and versatility of sparkling wines.

During this guided class, you’ll taste through five of our sparkling wines—including Sparkling Pinot Blanc, Sparkling La Crescent, Sparkling Rosé, our Sparkling Reserve aged five years on tirage, and Sparkling Golden Muscat. Along the way, we’ll uncover how sparkling wines are made, from the traditional method of bottle fermentation to alternative approaches that create lively, fruit-forward bubbles.

Through side-by-side tasting and conversation, you’ll learn how factors like grape variety, aging, and production method influence aroma, texture, and bubble structure. Whether you’re new to sparkling wine or already a fan, this class is designed to deepen your appreciation while keeping the experience relaxed, engaging, and delicious.

In this 90 minute class we will taste 5 sparkling wines and enjoy light bites. This tasting will be held in the Library Room at the Suhru & Lieb Vineyards Tasting Room.
