Join Bennett Lane Winery and acclaimed chef Heather Hardcastle, founder of Flour Craft Bakery & Café, for an intimate outdoor gathering celebrating the flavors of Napa Valley. Set among the vineyards, guests will enjoy a thoughtfully curated brunch inspired by recipes from The Flour Craft Bakery & Café Cookbook, with each course paired with Bennett Lane's acclaimed wines.

Known for transforming the way people think about gluten-free cuisine, Heather has spent more than 15 years creating beautiful, seasonal food that everyone can enjoy. Inspired by California's summer harvest, this special menu showcases fresh, local ingredients and proves that exceptional food can be both naturally gluten-free and incredibly delicious.

Throughout the afternoon, Heather will host a live culinary demonstration, sharing her approach to seasonal cooking while preparing her refreshing Yellow Tomato Gazpacho and assembling her decadent Chocolate Blackberry Layer Cake. Guests will also have the opportunity to meet Heather, ask questions, and purchase their own copy of The Flour Craft Bakery & Café Cookbook (as well as get it personally signed). Note - ticket cost does not include a copy of the book.
