Chef Brie 4th supper club is a cookout theme with Caribbean flavors and southern comfort in an elevated, five-course tasting menu. Check out the menu below!

She will be highlighting dishes that have inspired her along her culinary journey. This experience will be hosted at Villa Viridis, which is a luxury and breath taking venue. Your ticket will include 5-courses (vegan options available), visual art pairing, mockatils, views of the open kitchen, entry for raffle prizes, and a cook-out suprise. Some chef's pair wine with their meals but Brie has paired her dishes with FlyKickz (visual artist). Dez tranforms upcyled sneakers into a reimagined form of art. She will be be presenting pieces that intertwine with Brie's tasting menu and life as a chef . This event is a byow(bring your own wine- no hard liquour is premitted). Make sure you wear your flyest kickz and win a prize. If you miss your time slot, we will try to accommodate you for the next session (if it's not sold out).

SESSIONS: There are two time slots to choose from 2:00 pm- 4:30pm OR 7:00- 9:30 pm)

BED & BREAKFAST ADD ON: 2nd Seating ONLY- You can purchase a room and spend the night in the villa. You'll have access to the entire space, outdoor area and living room. Enjoy with late night snacks and outdoor spa bath ( if weather permits). Wake up to a continental breakfast made by Chef Brie. (More info provided under the add on category)

VEGAN MENU: We gladly provide vegan accomadations. Once you make a ticket purchase , we kindly ask you to reach us via email to confirm your menu selection . This will ensure your expierence goes smoothly. ( chefbrie01@gmail.com)

TIME: Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time slot. We start promptly, so please be considerate since we have multiple tastings on this day

IMPORTANT PARKING INFO: This location only holds 15 cars and doesn't allow street parking. Please carpool if you're coming with others and or if you're able to uber to the location. (Keep in mind parking is in a driveway and your car may be blocked by others)
