Join us at Confessions Bar at Bourbon Barrel Cottages for an intimate evening with Stephen Fante of Limestone Branch Distillery as we explore the story behind Yellowstone Bourbon’s limited 30 Barrels Single Barrel Toasted Bourbon project.

This isn’t simply a bourbon tasting. It’s a chance to settle in with a glass and go behind the scenes of a unique Yellowstone project with someone who knows the whiskey inside and out.

Stephen will take us through the history of Yellowstone Bourbon and Limestone Branch Distillery before diving into the 30 Barrels project—how it came together, what inspired it, and what makes this limited collection special.

Then, we taste.

Guests will experience four different barrel selections from the 30 Barrels collection, tasted side by side and guided by Stephen. It’s an opportunity to explore the nuances from barrel to barrel and experience firsthand what makes single-barrel bourbon so fascinating.
