One of your favorite Master Sommeliers, Chris Gaither, will be teaching the best practices for leveling up your blind tasting game! One of the big secrets with identifying grape varieties is calibrating one's palate and assessing structure in wines. This workshop is great for beginners, but also super helpful for those already versed in blind tasting methodology.
