Blind Tasting Class

Cost: $65

Join us for an intimate 90-minute Blind Tasting Class led by in-house sommelier Zach Glassman. This immersive experience will dive into the art of blind tasting, teaching you how to identify wine using only your senses of sight, smell, and taste—without labels or preconceived notions.

Guests will taste six carefully selected wines while learning how to assess structure, balance, and aromatics, and how these clues reveal grape variety, region, and style. Light snacks will be provided to enjoy alongside the tasting. Whether you’re a curious beginner or an experienced wine lover, this small-group class offers a fun, educational challenge that will sharpen your palate and deepen your appreciation for wine.

In this 90 minute class we will taste 6+ different wines, paired with light bites. This tasting will be held in the Library Room at the Suhru & Lieb Vineyards Tasting Room.
