Blending Seminar with Winemaker Bruce Regalia

Join us for a unique hands-on wine experience with Winemaker Bruce Regalia. During this interactive seminar, you'll learn the principles behind crafting a Bordeaux-style blend, including how individual varietals contribute to structure, balance, aroma, and flavor.

Working in teams, participants will taste through select wines and collaborate to create their own custom Bordeaux blend. Once completed, each team will present their blend for evaluation.

Bruce will judge the entries and select the winning blend, with the winning team receiving a special prize.
