Ever wondered how a winemaker crafts the perfect blend? Join our winemaker Alex Beloz for an interactive journey into the art—and science—behind Obsidian’s signature wines. Set in our working cellar, this 90-minute experience invites you to dive into the nuances of blending a wine, exploring how differences in terroir and grape varietals shape the final wine.
You’ll taste, tinker, and test your way through different Obsidian components, then craft your own custom blend to bottle and take home. With stories, insights, and plenty of wine, it’s part classroom, part lab, and all fun. Space is limited for this intimate winemaking adventure—reserve your spot and come blend with us.
