What is biodynamic wine, and can you taste the difference? Biodynamic growers treat the vineyard as a self-sustaining living organism. They time their work to lunar cycles and natural rhythms, and replace chemicals with holistic preparations.

Wine Director Kevin Cluppert explains the practices behind the philosophy, separates the science from the folklore, and pours four outstanding biodynamic wines from around the world.

It's an easygoing hour that's as much about the company as the wine. Our small group of 20 makes it easy to strike up a conversation and meet fellow curious drinkers. The tasting is served with complimentary cheeses, fresh baguette and accompaniments.
